Where wine tasting becomes an experience
In the open cloister, the Temple of Brunello Wine Bar – Bistrot offers visitors the chance to share and to complete their experience by engaging in convivial discourse on culture, art and wine.
An interactive showcase asks visitors a number of questions regarding their temperament and character in order to then guide them in choosing the Brunello best suited to their personality. The maturity of Brunello illustrates the characteristics and colour of vintages of Brunello aged for different lengths of time.
Visitors are then guided by a fully-fledged digital sommelier to familiarise with the gestures and rituals that accompany the tasting of Brunello and of Rosso di Montalcino.
