The Temple of Brunello is an exciting, immersive journey allowing visitors to discover Brunello di Montalcino, a prince among wines and king of the terroir of Montalcino.
The experience begins at the InChiostro, where a video station with virtual reality visors called InVolo allows visitors to immerse themselves in the villas, castles, vineyards and hamlets that dot the municipality’s vast and diversified area.
Moving on to the open cloister, visitors descend from there into an underground area where immersive videos conjure up the four pillars, the founding concepts that have determined the unique nature of Montalcino’s wine.
This is followed by the Voices of Brunello consisting of interviews with the people who have made Brunello a legend.
In the Quadro divino, or Divine Picture, visitors are encouraged to leave a trace of their visit using the “colour palette” with the colours of Montalcino.
Calix hosts masterpieces of art encapsulating the inspiration and creativity with which the land of Montalcino has proven capable of imbuing man.
